About Believing

​

When believing in GOD, people should also believe and confirm in eight foundations. It’s not enough just to say “I truly believe” since demons also believe and tremble.

​

James 2:19

"Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble."

​

1) To believe in Jehovah and his prophets. 

​

2nd Chronicles 20:20

"And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper."

2) To believe in the begotten and in the first-born Sons. 

​

a) The Begotten Son.

John 6:40

"And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day."

1st John 5:10

"He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son."

b) The Firstborn Son. 

​

Mark 12:6

"Having yet therefore one son, his wellbeloved, he sent him also last unto them, saying, They will reverence my son."

Exodus 4:22

" And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:"

Hosea 11:1

"When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt."

3) To believe in the Holy Ghost. 

Acts 19:6,2

"And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied. He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost."

4) To believe in the Holy Gospel. 

Mark 1:15

"And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel."

Psalms 119: 66

"Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments."

​

5) To believe in Moses’ Writings.

John 5:46,47

"For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?"

Hebrews 10:28 

"He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:"

6) To believe in the God’s Law. 

Acts 24:14

"But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:"

Acts 21:20

"And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:"

Psalms 19:7

"The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple."

 

7) To believe in the Burn offerings to God.  

Galatians 3:6

"Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness."

Psalms 51:19 

"Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar."

​

Do not believe and confirm in the Burn offerings to God is a sin.

 
1st Samuel 2:17

" Wherefore the sin of the young men was very great before the Lord: for men abhorred the offering of the Lord."

1st John 3:10

"In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother."

8) To believe in the Sabbath Day.  

Hebrews 4:3 

"For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world."

Leviticus 16:31

"It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever."

​

Those who do not believe and confirm in these eight foundations are not true believers. They shall be cast aside into outer darkness.

Revelation 21:8.

But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
