Fifth article: the “Evangelical Association of the Israelite Mission of the New Universal Covenant” has the following religious aims:
(A)
Comply with the observance of the Ten Commandments, the Universal Decalogue: Ten Words of the Alliance, that the Almighty LORD, God of truth, has written for the generation to come. He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: He hath made a decree which shall not pass. Exodus 34:28. Jeremiah 10:10. Exodus 24:12. Psalm 102:18 and 148:6. Exodus 31:18.

Special and temporary traditions
Saint John, the apostle of Jesus once said: “Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.” Likewise, the one that shall endure the Theological Doctrine of Christ unto the end, the same shall be saved. 1st John 2:24; 2nd John 9; Matthew 24:13.
The apostle Saint John also written: “Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.” 1st John 2:7; 2nd John 6.
Chapitre XX : Final Provisions
Hundredth-eleven article: in the event of acephaly, difficulties and conflicts among the heads of the different bodies conforming the organs and structure of “EAIMNUC” which impede the flaw operation of the institution; such situations shall be firstly solved by:

- The General Missionary (thirtieth-sixth article).
- And secondly by the Extraordinary Domestic General Assembly, which shall hold an extraordinary meeting specifically
convened for this purpose (fortieth-four article, clause “J”).
Chapitre XXI : of its dissolution
Hundredth-twelve article: the dissolution of the Association shall take place once the aims and purposes for it was founded are not accomplished. By summoning an Extraordinary Domestic General Assembly, its termination and liquidation shall take place; the assets of the Association shall be then made available for the education body of the country. .
Chapter XXII: Special and temporary provisions
Hundredth and thirteen article: this statute was unanimously accepted and come into force upon approval by the Extraordinary Domestic General Assembly held on November 6, 1993. Therefore, the day of approval of the special and temporary provisions shall be recognized as the entered-into-force date. The previous statute and all of its internal regulations are no longer valid.
Hundredth and fourteen article: The Extraordinary Domestic General Assembly alone has the authority to deliberate on any modification of these articles, and the proposed modification must be approved by the following Ordinary Domestic General Assembly.
